One on One
Small Group Training
Small group training should be big enough to have fun, yet small enough to still be quality. Small group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial entry point on the client.
Sessions are 60 minutes.
One on one training sessions are for this who are inexperienced, inefficiently motivated or ill-committed. Come train with Mandi at a private gym in Jupiter, FL. She offers self-paced weight training and cardiovascular programs tailored to each client's fitness level .
Sessions are 45 or 60 minutes.
